Thank you for shopping at Yo Mode Shop. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that we currently ship exclusively within the United States (USA).

1. Shipping Costs & Taxes

• Free Shipping: Applied to all orders of $100.00 or more.
• Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders under $100.00.
• Sales Tax: Yo Mode Shop does not collect sales tax on any orders. The price you see is the final price you pay.

2. Processing & Transit Time

Our products are Print-on-Demand (POD). Our “In Stock” status indicates that the high-quality blank materials are ready for immediate custom printing once your order is confirmed.

• Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (GMT-8 / Pacific Standard Time) – Monday to Friday.
• Handling Time (Production): 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time (Shipping): 7 – 15 business days (Monday – Friday).

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website.
