Thank you for shopping at Yo Mode Shop. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that we currently ship exclusively within the United States (USA).

1. Shipping Costs & Taxes

• Free Shipping: On all orders of $100.00 or more.
• Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders under $100.00.
• Sales Tax: We do not collect additional sales tax on any orders.

2. Processing & Transit Time

Our products are Print-on-Demand (POD). Our “In Stock” status indicates that raw materials are ready for immediate production once your order is placed.

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST) – Monday to Friday.
• Handling Time (Production): 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time (Shipping): 7 – 15 business days (Monday – Friday).

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
