1. Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Free Shipping: Applied to orders totaling more than $100.00.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed shipping fee of $5.99 applies to orders totaling $100.00 or less.
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
2. Production, Fulfillment & Delivery
Our products are made to order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Orders are produced and dispatched by third-party fulfillment partners. The production and dispatch facility may vary depending on the product, availability, and delivery destination. We do not operate a retail storefront or offer local pickup.
- Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (GMT-8 / Pacific Time), Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time (Production): 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Transit Time (Shipping): 7–15 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Carrier delays or peak seasonal demand may occasionally affect delivery times.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor delivery through the carrier’s website.
